Technically I started babysitting at the age of 11, but this has been on and off since I am now 23. Right now I volunteer in a grade 1 classroom because I am a future teacher. I will be going to school for my teaching certificate in September, and have just received my Bachelor's degree in History this year. I have always loved taking care of children since I was a child, and that is why I have been excited to go in to teaching. Since I have experience with several children, it should be assumed I can handle at least a few in a residential environment. In my 10+ years of babysitting children, I have baby sat kids between the ages of 2 and 11. I am willing to baby sit children of other ages out of this age range if need be!
